Victoria completed her Master in Social Work degree at the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Social Work degree at the University of Waterloo. She is a member of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW), the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW), and the Association for Contextual Behavioural Science (ACBS).
Victoria has also acquired additional training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with a heightened focus on individuals who have experienced trauma, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Foundations of Trauma, Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), and more. Victoria has experience providing individual and group therapy to children, youth and adults living with anxiety, depression, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), addiction, trauma, as well as other emotional and personal distress and/or personality disorders.
Victoria offers a gentle, safe and respectful environment for her clients. She recognizes the importance of understanding people from a holistic lens and enjoys supporting people on their journey towards the meaningful life they want to be living.
