Lunch-Hour ‘Evolving Women’ Yoga Workshop
Every few Fridays, we will offer a mini workshop over the lunch hour. The sessions will focus mainly, but not exclusively, on topics related to prenatal and postnatal stages of life. Babies and young children who are not yet in school are welcome, but no childcare will be provided. Breastfeeding is welcome.
