I’m a retired physiotherapist who decided to pursue a second career as a yoga instructor and therapist. I have a passion for yoga-based functional movement and want to share that passion with my clients. I want to help them move well now so that they can keep moving later. I want to help them build the mental strength that can come with an “in-the-moment” mindfulness practice like yoga. I want to help them learn to connect their breath to their movement. And I want to help my clients to be creative and have fun in their movement practice.
